| My circumstances: |
| I am a secretary living in London and I had 70K of debt with no property to my name. |
| My interaction with the company: |
| I rang them and they listened to me. They they asked questions about how much I owed and to whom and told me what to do. They suggested an IVA was the best solution to my debt problems. |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| The advice they gave me and I didnt have to worry about anything anymore. A weight had been lifted off my shoulders and I could ring them at anytime with questions. |

| Their expertise and knowledge. |

| Nothing. Everything 3 months I get a courtesy call to make sure everything is ok. |
| Other points |
| Never ever trust a bank. They were so keen to lend you money but the banks and credit card companys are not interested when you get into trouble and need help. It falls on deaf ears!!! I wrote off £30,000. |
