My circumstances:
i am in full time employment and my husband is retired between us we managed to get in so much debt that we all most seperated and could not handle the stress of everyone wanting money off us at the same time i was working alot of overtime and could not cope my health sufferd
My interaction with the company:
when i spoke to varden nuttall i thought that i would be turned down but i found some very friendly people that do not judge you. they have explained every thing to us and are happy to help if we have a problem. haveing an iva with this company is the best thing that has happend to us. thay have given me my health back and now i do not have to work all that overtime i was doing and can spend time with my husband again. i would suggest this company to other people and passed on there number to some other people. varden nuttall give you help and support all the way through the prosses
Why I gave the ratings I did:
i rated varden nuttall 10 because they treated us as human beings not judging us and have been helpfull and freindly and we both trust them and they are professional in everything they do and the way they handle things
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
they have impressed us by being honest with us and up front about everything that is going on with our iva.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
with varden nuttall there is nothing that can be done to improve them.you are helped all the way through the iva and they keep in touch with you.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
