My circumstances:
A married couple with four children, one of which was at university. We had £180,000 worth of debt.
My interaction with the company:
We rang them, explained our situation and they recommended an IVA. We completed and returned the form, disclosing everything that they needed to know. The IVA was accepted at the creditors meeting. They were extremely helpful and professional throughout.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
They were helpful and behaved in a very professional manner throughout the IVA. Therefore we gave them 10/10.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
When our circumstances changed and we were unable to afford the monthly payment arranged with creditors, they went back to the creditors and re-arranged a smaller amount that could be paid for the remainder of the IVA.

Other points
We now have only three payments left to clear the IVA and never want to be in debt again. A heavy weight has been taken off of our shoulders as there would have been no way out of the amount of debt that we were in. We have written of £125,000.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
