| We over extended our credit to the point were we could not meet our commitments, our debts total was thirty four thousand pounds with no equity in our property. |

| Very helpful and friendly and kept us informed on every step of the proses on the run up to the IVA. They have also done the same on regular basis since with our own dedicated contact. |

| we Feel the service has been good and has left us with a manageable debt we can afford with out worrying. |
