My circumstances:
my husband and i where a mini version of what happend to the banks, I started with a DMP with BRIGHTOAK recommended by Melanie Giles 2 years before I went ahead with the IVA.At that point we where 60,000 in dept and looking at finacilal meltdown.
My interaction with the company:
I started looking on the internet for advise and quickly sought comfort through DEPTDIVAS website, i e-mailed their insovency practitioner Melanie Giles who advised me in a practical experienced and competent manner this brought me great comfort and support.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I give the Team at JonesGiles 10/10 as i regard them as professional competent and extremely efficient.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
They where very committed from the start which gave me great confidence.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
nothing 
Other points
I now have a five/ six year plan and light at the end of the tunnel thank you Melanie, Clare Angela and Susan.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
