My circumstances:
always had debt,was finding difficult to keep up with payments,partner had left leaving me with the debt only had single parents income
My interaction with the company:
was telephone contact,David explained all the process with much detail
Why I gave the ratings I did:
im very pleased at whats been done for me, been a large burden of my shoulders
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
the way i was treated,treated like i wasnt a bad person, treated me with respect
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
i cant find an answer to that, wouldnt want to change any part of the proposal,everything was done so professionally 
Other points
not to overspend or spend out of means, have been able to write off half the 16k debt

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
