| My circumstances: |
| I was on debt management with another company. I was paying £125 into 22k but it just wasnt going anywhere. Cleardebt then contacted me to advise there were other options |

| Cleardebt contacted me, advised that i fit the criteria for an IVA so we decided to have a look at it. I was quite nervous at first having to change it all over but my IVA has been accepted now and it was well worth it |

| Because i can complain about anything at all |

| I was having doubts at certain points of the process which was mainly due to the bank account but Cleardebt kept on at me to advise and helped me with the bank |
