My circumstances:
I work for the London Underground, own my own house and am now relieved to know that in 5 years I will be debt free from £65k of debt.
My interaction with the company:
I was called by one of their consultants, the information pack was received the next day and the whole process from start to finish was handled well and without delay
Why I gave the ratings I did:
Any paperwork that was sent to me to sign etc was always sent straight away and received the next day
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
The worrying aspect was completely taken away from me
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
