My circumstances:
self employed run business with husband, living in Cornwall with 2 children, rented accomodation. debt over 30k. and buisness struggling due to recession.
My interaction with the company:
i contacted a couple liked Varden personal touch, they went through all options and listened to me and my unique and personal circumstances. Over phone discussed cah ins and outs then filled in paper work complied info required. Christmas hit so took longer, had to travel all the way to london to sign, big expense and lost whole day sat on train for 15 min meeting. But then all flowed through very easily.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
i rated them 9 out of 10 because they never once made me fell like the idoit that i felt for getting myself into this mess.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
The named person on the end of the phone, always made me fell they were on my side.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
the travelling to london to sign cost over £100 at a time when really didnt have that kind of spare cash. 
Other points
I have to pay half back, but more than that there is an end date. I have really enjoyed and learnt to only use cash. And great for my children, not to see the just stick it on the card attitude.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
