My circumstances:
The recession had forced me out of a well paid job into another post which was less than half the annual salary, this left me with debts I couldnt afford to pay. I had 15K worth of debts I made the minimum payments and at the end never had any money left so ended up borrowing more and more.....I was stressed out and didnt know what to do until I seen the advertisements for IVAs and as luck would have it I got in touch with Mc cambridge and duffy - it was the best thing I have ever done.
My interaction with the company:
I rang them and spoke about my problems, they ran through all my options and recommened an IVA they didnt rush me into it and gave me time to think, they ran through my outgoings and what I could realistically afford and completed my proposal my IVA was accepted with some small changes made - everyone was very helpful, non-judgemental and always stayed incontact with me throughout the process. I am so happy and less stressed now
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated the 10 out of 10 because they were always in contact, answered all my questions, they were non-judgemental and extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the process
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
I was very impressed about the speed in which they dealt with my IVA, there was no hanging about and everything was very well organised.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
