| I CONTACTED CCCS AND THEY ADVISED ME TO CONTACT THE COMPANY AND I RANG THEM,THEY LISTENED TO MY SITUATION AND ARRANGED FOR ME TO MEET ONE OF THEIR REPRESENTATIVE IN LONDON AND HE RECOMMENDED IVA FOR ME AND THEY POSTED FORMS TO ME WHICH I THEN COMPLETED AND RETURNED AND THE IVA WAS ACCEPTED AT THE CREDITOR MEETING. I FOUND THEM TO BE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. |

| I RATED THEM 10 OUT OF 10 BECAUSE THEY WERE EXCELLENT THROUGH MY FIVE YEARS IVA PERIOD WITH THEM.THEY NEVER PUT ME UNDER ANY PRESSURE AND I ALSO KEPT MY PAYMENTS REGULARY AS AGREED AND NEVER DEFAULTED WITH THE PAYMENTS. |

| 70 PERCENT OF MY CREDIT HAS BEEN WRITE OFF. I HAVE LEARNT A LOT FROM MY MISTAKES AND I HAVE NOW DECIDED TO LIVE WITHIN MY SALARY AND NOT TAKE ANY LOAN OR OWN A CREDIT CARD. |
