My circumstances:
both clients had reduced hrs at work thus causing contractual missed payments, looked for help to consilidate debts.
My interaction with the company:
Cleardebt advisor contacted ourselves,explaining other options available with unsecure debt, sent ppwk,looked at option
Why I gave the ratings I did:
all staff were very informative & professional in all departments
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
everybody spoken to at Cleardebt were very understanding
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
maybe having just one phone number to contact  
Other points
both pay £100 a month,ive written off 30k, partner 10k, weve increased payments but are now guaranteed to be both debt free in 5 years

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
