My circumstances:
Both me and my partner live in London. Due to partners ill health and making provisions for tax bills from my Limited Company - I got very behind with basically everything. OUR debts totalled £179k. I live in rented accommodation so there was no equity to release.
My interaction with the company:
Primarily I had email contact with Heves Irfan. She was normally fully informed about my case, and gave me reassurance when needed.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
Straight 9s couldnt fault them. So why not 10? Well Im impatient and once or twice the IVA process didnt move as quick as I wanted it too.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
...telling me the IVA was accepted!!
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
They asked me to send correspondance from creditors weekly. I think a brief email from them, also weekly, explaining whats happening would help me feel involved and reassured. 
Other points
Well IVA proposal accepted. £179k of JOINT debt reduced to £78k - dividend being 38.5p. We had about 18 creditors only a handful voted and all accepted! I wonder if this was the biggest. Huge relief for us!!!

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
