My circumstances:
I am a senior manager with £44k of debt and no property assets, my partner ws made redundant over a year ago and has been unable to secure continuous full time work
My interaction with the company:
I rang the company and discussed the options, they sent an adviser around who discusse the options available, they were very sympathetic and helpful and they are very quick to respond to my creditors
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rate the 9 out of 10 because the service was excellent, the only reason it isnt a 10 is that just before the creditor meeting they requested additional information at short notice that could have been requested earlier, particularly whe you have a full time job, it isnt easy just to drop things to resolve the issues.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
The speed in which they responded to creditors and followed up to confirm the action they had taken

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
