My circumstances:
I am a senior manager. At the time of my debt i had recently separated from my fiance. I was renting and had complied signifcant debt in setting myself up as well as yaking previous debt form my relationship
My interaction with the company:
I found Varden Nuttall via a serach engine on the internet and spoke to a number of other firms. Varden Nuttall were clearly supportive, knowledgeable and re-assured me of their support. Within a short time my IVA was set up. They have continued ot support and advise me throughout the process.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated them 10 out of 10 because of their support, expertise and clarity of the circumstance. I was continually kept in contact with and helped with any queries. They made things clear and simple to follow.

The annual balance of the arrangement can be diffciult to understand at initial glance, but this was explained and became clear. 
Other points
I have just completed my arrangement...Early! Which is thanks to the help and support from Varden Nuttall. Since undertaking the IVA, i am better at managing my finances, clearly detail all my expenditure to ensure it is controlled and doesnt get un managable. I have no credit cards and managbe my spending and bills carefully.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
