My circumstances:
I am a specialist health care working in London. I had over 26K debt with no capital asset property. Breadwiner for a family of four. Lots of sleepless nights from letters received from debt companies who never care about my circumstance but to recover theri money.
My interaction with the company:
I called them for advice and able to make an appointment to meet with a specialist adviser the following week. Given details information of all possible options for my problem and after choosing to use them for the insolvency, had a very supportive relationship with them and from then felt much relieved.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
Strongly felt they gave my the correct advice and support which I could not resolve on my own. As up to present (about nine months before the end of my IVA) have always had a very friendly relationship with them who are always willing to assist me with my queries etc.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Accommodated flexibility in my IVA in times of difficulty and guide me through to have it resolved.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
Felt not made well informed of the implications an IVA might have on purchasing a mortgage or other high purchase (e.g car)during the agreement period. 
Other points
Felt much relieved and thankful for them in getting me through my debt proble. Come june 2011, i will be the happiest person on earth.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
