My circumstances:
I am a mam of 2, i had loads of debt really struggled to pay it all. The IVA was the best solution for me.
My interaction with the company:
I phoned them, then a lady came out explained things better. then posted forms to me and i completed and returned them.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated them a 9 because i find them easy to talk to and very understanding
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
I liked the fact i dont recieve debt letters any more

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
