My circumstances:
I am a social worker, I have 3 children and a husband who has become unemployed. debts of 40k and crippling repayments.
My interaction with the company:
They were very sesitive and understanding and offered practical advice. They returned my calls when they said they would and never minded any questions I needed answers to.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated Varden Nuttal highly because they are easy to talk with and supportive through the the IVA process.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
They return my calls when they say they will.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
Rather than talking things through over the phone I would have preferred someone coming to the house to discuss all options with you and looking at the bills and paperwork you have. 
Other points
I am currently in my IVA and still struggling but the weight of all my creditors leaving me alone is easier. I didnt acrew debts by being extravigant just through having to manage day to day living on a single part time wage. we didnt have savings and i feel when we are straight we will ensure to save for unforseeable circumstances.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
