| My circumstances: |
| I am a systems administrator living in Birmingham, and following a substantial drop in salary due to redundancy our family debts spiralled to £140k and we had about £25k negative equity on our property. |
| My interaction with the company: |
| Initial referral via Debt Free Me who recommended the IVA. Some problems with the IVA proposal and finished up paying £150 more than originally proposed at the insistence of our creditors. |

| Generally very satisfied with Varden Nuttall |

| Excellent support once IVA had started |

| Some confusion over actual starting date for payments.We had to make monthly payments BEFORE the Creditors Meeting which caused us some issues. |

| Still have 4 years to go on the IVA and making ends meet is difficult. However at least we know our situation is stabilised and improving. |
