| My circumstances: |
| I was working in a bank and due to very bitter divorce had plunged into debts when i heard about debt release direct ltd, so i contacted them and they proposed an IVA to me and referred my case to Varden Nuttal. They phoned me and then after a brief chat they made my income and expenditure statement and thereafter upon receiving my consent they went for the IVA |

| Due to unavoidable circumstances i had to go out of london and I must give full credit to Ms Lucy Clark for really following up to my case and phone calls while i was away from UK since i did not want to declare bankruptsy. She helped and supported me throughout while i was away as well as upon my return back to london. Thank you Lucy for being so helpful |
