My circumstances:
After i was asked to take a pay reduction from work to help the company keep going. I quickly realised that i could afford to pay my outstanding balances. i had approx £50k worth of debt and only 9k in equity.
My interaction with the company:
From the start the company helped me with every aspect of the procedure. Making it easy for me to decide the best option available for me and my wife. The company where always available to answer any questions or concerns i had. The customer service i received was exceptional and made this stressful time more manageable. At all time i felt that i was moving forward towards a solution.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
i rated them so highly as through out the entire service felt safe in the knowledge that a quality company was dealing with my situation.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Every aspect was covered and explained so that we knew all that was happening at any time and what could happen so no surprises.

Other points
I am just going into an IVA paying £320 a month. I have learnt that using a quality company is a must as every avenue is covered.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
