My circumstances:
Due to an overtime loss, which had been regular for the previous four years, I was no longer able to manage my debts. I had waited six months to see if the overtime would return, but this only added to the problem, as I was borrowing on credit cards to pay for everyday living expenses.
My interaction with the company:
I was refered to Grosvenor Partners LLP by Thomas Charles & Co. After the initial meeting with the IP, Mark Bassford, the IVA proceeded effortlessly, with excellent communication and help from his team member Heves Irfan. The IVA was accepted with a few ammendments, of which I had been informed could be a possibility, before the creditors meeting had taken place.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated them 10 out of 10, as I couldnt fault them.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Excellent speed of response through e-mail.

Other points
Im now paying into an IVA what I can afford. Ive learnt that I had become a victim of the buy now pay later scenario, and that once the IVA is complete, it would have to be exceptional circumstances before borrowing again! The dividend was 27 pence.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
