My circumstances:
Me and my partner were on a debt management programme with Bridgewood paying £255 a month, we had been with them for about 4 months. I had initially mentioned an IVA to them and they said it wasnt a possibility at the moment and that we had to be on a debt management programme for about 3-6 months before they could propose one to ours creditors. Now I know thats not strictly true!
My interaction with the company:
Cleardebt called me and went through my situation and asked if an IVA had ever been mentioned to us as it looked like an option, I told them about Bridgewood. I had never received any correspondance from Bridgewood other than to uncrease our payments by 25p!
Why I gave the ratings I did:
Now things are a lot easier for us and I know we would have been paying an amount which was a struggle to begin with and it would have taken us a long time. Cleardebt explained all the forms in detail and I felt everything was easy to understand.

Other points
Were now paying £187 a month combined and its easier for us, we have more money to live on. We had a total debt of around £25,000.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
