My circumstances:
Me and my husband were in dire need of help, we were struggling with £40,000 + debt and were in a massive mess.
My interaction with the company:
I spoke to Andrew at ClearDebt, he was very helpful and they were very efficient with getting back to us. Everyone we spoke to was excellent.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
ClearDebt have taken a massive weight off our minds,they took away all our worries and we dont feel stressed anymore and are not arguing. Andrew at ClearDebt was very helpful and we would definately reccommend him to others.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Initial advice from Andrew at ClearDebt was very good, not pushy or salesy and was understanding and supportive. there was no mither and they are all very good at there job.

Ive learnt we will never get credit out again and live within our means. I really wanted to thank Andrew Buckle at ClearDebt as he was very helpful from start to finish, will definately reccommend to anyone i know.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
