My circumstances:
Through some terrible and upsetting circumstances Id built up nearly £20,000 of debt and was in a state about it to be honest. Not knowing where to turn Id been on the internet and filled something that advised bankruptcy to then find that this costs £600 and I could lose my house. Time passed and I then went to the CAB and the man I spoke to confused me even more talking about things I didnt have a clue about, told me to stop paying my creditors as I couldnt afford to and I was crying to him that I didnt want to lose my house because I had me daughter to think about. Being no clearer on what to do I looked again on the internet and found cleardebt.
My interaction with the company:
I explained to the advisor Rebecca about my whole situation and she was so nice and understanding, she never spoke down to me or judged, just listened. After thoroughly going through my income and outgoings she explained an IVA would be a solution whereby I can pay back what I could afford and still keep my house.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
Because my IVA has been accepted and my interaction with this company could not have been better. Rebecca and Adam have been so nice.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Everything, they helped me to live again and do things like going to the supermarket without worrying. Something most people take for granted.

Other points
I am paying pay £91 a month and will be debt free in 5 years. This has completely changed my life and I can start enjoying it again. Thank you Cleadebt!

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
