My circumstances:
I am a single mumwhogotinto difficulty fromex-husband..abuse.When divorcing to keep my address hidden I agreed to take on ALL the debt. Totalling approx £36K. I started on a Debt Management course, but after 7years this wasnt reducing as much as I would want. This is when I decided on an IVA.
My interaction with the company:
They rang me after I had an interview with a home visitor who discussed my needs. An IVA was what was sugeested as I didn;t want to go bankrupt. Andrew who was my contact at Varden Nuttall was very caring and non judgemental of anything that had happened to me.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated tehm 9 out of 10 because they treated me with respected and they helped me to get my problem under control.

My IVA went through last month so I am now on the road to being debt free.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
