My circumstances:
Due to a serious motorcycle accident, i was unable to work for 7 months . I susrvived as along as possible on our savings . But our debts increased drasiacally due to just trying to live day by day .<br> We decided to seek help and see what our options were and came across Varden and Nuttall and their very easy to understand web site.
My interaction with the company:
We rang Varden Nuttall and straight away were speaking to someone who instantly listened to our situation and was very understanding and patient. We were told that an IVA was our best option for our situation.<br> The necessary forms were sent out to us immediatly and once they were returned a creditors meeting was arranged and the IVA was excepted. In between the time of the IVA was being arranged , we were getting calls from our creditors, but Varden Nuttall were always available to speak to and give advice and did contact our creditors on our behalf.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
i rate Varden and Nuttall a massive 10 out if 10 .<br> From the first phone call to the last they were always there for us and just made us feel there was / is a way out of the debts that we had.<br> And even when the IVA was excepted they still phone my Wife and I to see if things are still going ok .
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Time !! They always gave us their time and never once did we fell like just a number !!
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
Nothing at all as far as my Wife and I are concerened.<br> Thank you so much to Varden and Nuttall for your help and understanding and your Professionalism from start to finish . 
Other points
We are currently in an IVA and can see a light at the end of our difficult Finance Tunnel.<br> One thing we have learnt is DO NOT THINK THAT YOUR DEBTS WILL JUST GO AWAY . THERE IS HELP !!!

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
