| My circumstances: |
| I have gone through a very expensive divorce that takes half my salary each month. Debts mounted to over £60,000 with no real equity left. |
| My interaction with the company: |
| IVA was something I was aware of and asked them whether it was the best route for me. After a slow start, things progressed well. I spoke to the owner at one stage and his compassion and understanding was excellent. |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| As I said above, I rated them as above because the owner took the time to call me, after a very slow start, and offer his personal help to speed things up. From then on, his staff were a great help. |
| One thing they did - which really impressed me: |
| Allowed me to speak to the top man, who spent 25 minutes talking to me to fully understand my position and the severity of it. |
| One thing they did - which I felt could be improved: |
| The initial start was slow, could have been quicker. |
| Other points |
| I had debts of over £60,000. Based on the monthly repayments I am making, I will repay around 65% of the total. |
