My circumstances:
I work in a financial institution and had a debt of 35k, but negative equity in my house bringing it to roughly 60k.
My interaction with the company:
I rang vincent bond to start with who discussed all the relevant debt solutions, and was then passed onto jonegiles who went throught the debt solutions again with me. Both companies were extremely helpful, and they helped me every step of the way and i would highly reccomend them both!
Why I gave the ratings I did:
i rated them 10 out of 10 becasue i am so grateful to them for helping me with this iva, i can finally see light at the end of the tunnel and i phoned and emailed questions all the time and always had a quick response. I feel like i can completely trust them and they did not make me feel uncomfterable because of my situation. They were very understanding.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
They were a constant source of help, i asked so many questions and they did not get irritated by me but only put me at ease. The team, were superb.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
Nothing, they were absolutely fabulous, every single personal who i dealt with was amazing. 
Other points
I am due to have my first payment into the iva at the end of october, but i finally have a set amount and no longer need to worry about all the different bills. I would never let meself get in this situation again and am just so grateful that i can finally relax and look forward to the future. i am not too sure how much has been written off yet as my house does need to be sold. however all this will be included in my iva.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
