My circumstances:
I had approximately £100,000 of debt. Had to sell property to try and clear some of it. Could not see any way out of situation without geting help.
My interaction with the company:
Made initial contact with company requesting advice on Debt Management Plan. Spoke with advisor and went through all options ie. DMP, IVA, Bankrupcy. Decided on IVA, completed all forms, worked out budget. IVA accepted at creditor meeting. Varden Nuttall very easy to contact, always available, always call back if they say, and treat you with respect. Would highly recommend.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
Very good company. Was a pleasure to deal with. Very helpful, considerate and always listened to me. Gave me great advice and help at a time when I didnt know which way to turn.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
They made me want to go on with life and gave me hope.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
