| My circumstances: |
| Im a 37yr old woman with debts coming out of my ears from a domestic abuse relationship 5yrs ago which i ended up in a womans refugee with my 2 children with just the clothes we had on .I have managed to move forward since that time and found a gentleman that is very kind caring and supportive in every way possible but the debt is still very much a big problem thats why i spoke with Nick Smith about the IVA and am truely grateful for all the help and advice that he has given and done for me. |

| I sent details through advert on the internet and Nick Smith rang me on several occassions with lots of information and advice leaving all decisions for me to think about and then contact him with my final decision. |

| I gave 10 out of 10 for all the help and advice that Nick Smith gave me ,he helped me out so much of a financial predicament i will be forever grateful. |

| The way that Nick Smith was so understanding and was always giving 100% to my situation and going out of his way to help release the financial pressure from me . |

| There really is nothing as i fell that everything that Nick Smith has done to help me and my family is seriously remarkable .I am so truely grateful for everything thank you so so very much. |
