| My circumstances: |
| I am a retired professional living in Lancashire and had a debt of which I had been re-paying under a personal agreement with my creditors since 2002 when I contacted Mc Cambridge Duffy my debt was approximately 40k. |
| My interaction with the company: |
| I rang them, they listened to my situation and recommended IVA, they posted form, I completed and returned, after some small changes the IVA was accepted at the creditor meeting. Throughout my contact with them I found them to be friendly and very helpful. |

| From the outset they put me at ease and made me feel that they would help me solve my problems. |
