My circumstances:
Living with partner, together had approx £55k of debt which we could no longer afford to pay. Basically we were robbing Peter to pay Paul for a long time.
My interaction with the company:
Was totally embarrassed to begin with. After initial conversation, realised that we werent the only ones in this situation and that we could be helped either through a DMP or IVA and the only regret is that we didnt make the initial contact sooner to resolve our situation. We had to make no changes to our proposal, but MD&C accepted a couple of changes to their charges in order for it to be accepted.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
Excellent, friendly service from start to finish. Totally professional throughout and easily approachable when I needed advice or had questions.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
We werent made to feel that we were just a number to them and that it was just their job. <br> Our case handler was Nick Smith who was fantastic throughout.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
Nothing, they were excellent throughout. 
Other points
Happily managing with no debt now (apart from the IVA payment of approx £450 per month for myself and partner.<br> My divident was 28p in the £ and partners was 8p. I think total to be written off is about £30k.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
