My circumstances:
I had debts of over 20k and didnt want to go bankrupt decided that a IVA was the best way to get rid of the debt and start again.
My interaction with the company:
At first they was brilliant but now 6 months in I cannot get them to do one simple thing.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated them 1 out of ten for the failed promises of callbacks and not sorting out one little issue. You also call their customer service line only to be put on hold then cut off after 10 mins.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
They are good at selling theirselves at the start and getting you into a IVA
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
Sort out my issue and call me back!! 
Other points
I am still tied to the IVA shame you cannot switch companies if the company you are with fail you. I think that because they know this they can do what they like without fear of losing your custom. Your hands are tied once you are in a IVA with someone. Not really fair tbh.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
