My circumstances:
I am a train Driver, and we had a baby and lost my wifes income and it got too much, and it was a struggle each month to even buy the essentials, we tried a IPP but it seemed to take forever so relooked at the options and an IVA was the best options
My interaction with the company:
I had a lot of interaction with the company and they were extremely helpful, and never felt as though i was the underdog and always seemed very helpful and kind in their tone of voice
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated them 9 out of 10 as they were always helpful and put my mind at rest
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
they explained in plain english what was going on and what would happen
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
nothing

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
