My circumstances:
We are approaching retirement and had a joint debt of £80 it was merely a continuous life of overspending. The IVA is now going to mean that in 5 years we will be debt free and able to relax and enjoy our retirement.
My interaction with the company:
I was passed to this local company from a debt solution company.They talked through all the options with us and after a few small modifications the IVA has been accepted. All the staff in this company have been helpful and understanding, always ready to alay my worries and fears.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
Ive rated them 10 out of 10 because when you are in such a worrying situation you need someone who will listen without judging and who will offer the best solution possible for you as an individual.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
They were alaways ready to answer phonecalls and e mails promplty and you are always able to speak to someone who knows all about your case.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
There is nothing that needs to be improved only the time it takes to set it all up, but i fully appreciate that this is not the companys fault merely the process that it needs to go through. 
Other points
We are currently starting our IVA at the end of this month and 5 years from now we will be living completely debt free.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
