My circumstances:
Professional woman trying to support her husband building a business right before and during the credit crunch.
My interaction with the company:
A debt advisor came round to the house the same day as I called; VERY empathetic and friendly, yet extreemly professional. My case was then passed on to Varden Nuttall, who double checked everything with me; kept regular contact with me and gave gentle reminders by texting and emailling when i havd to sign and return documents.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I completely trusted them not to hide anything from me; to be honest and open with me, and most of all, to let me sleep again!
One thing they did - which really impressed me:

Nothing; the only inconvenience was travelling to their office to sign paperwork which is a legal obligation (I beleive as I am self employed), not company policy. 
Other points
Although I can now sleep better, I have learned to budget better, and to plan my finances better, and appreciate the things I have around me more. I had approx half of my debt written off (around £17000)

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
