| My circumstances: |
| I am a single parent of 3 children. I recieve no maintenance for 2 of the children. I have 50K debt which has accumulated from having to live off credit cards in hard times and make improvements to accomodate the childrens growing needs. |
| My interaction with the company: |
| I sent an enquiry via internet. I was contacted the following day and offered a debt management programme. The following day i was contacted by gareth who suggested an IVA would be more benefical and get me debt free quicker. Once all the paper work was complete a date was set and then I was kept informed as to the progress and outcome. |

| I felt Gareth was excellent in keeping me informed and sending out relevant information. |
