My circumstances:
Married couple with two year old twins. Redundancy and business closure with £73,000 unsecured debt.
My interaction with the company:
Initially spoke to Andy Davie at Vincent Bond, who really put me at ease, and was very knowledgeable about all solutions available. When we decided to go for an IVA Tracey Best at Vincent Bond helped us get in all the paperwork which was passed to IVA Advice Bureau to progress. Tina, Angela, Tom and Melanie were great at IVA ADvice Bureau and Andy and Tracey were brilliant in Vincent Bond.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
Both Vincent Bond and IVA Advice Bureau staff were excellent. They were non-judgemental and were really knowledgeable. They were approachable and answered all queries courteously.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Melanie Giles answered an email query at 1.00am. When most other people would have been in bed, Melanie was working on behalf of her clients.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
No improvement needed. 
Other points
Our lump sum IVA was accepted today, with a dividend of 23p in the pound meaning around £54,000 was written off.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
