My circumstances:
I am a failed business owner with personal and business debt of £125k and a property with £74k equity and an income of a third of what it was before the business collapsed.
My interaction with the company:
I originally rang National Debtline who put me on to Debt Lifeboat as a company able to deal with my dual personal/business debt in one agreement. They have been 100% excellent.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
The care and attention and speed of responses that I have received has been unbelievable. I must praise Carly Hutchinson in particular who has really treated me with care and understanding.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Responded to email by return - every time. Amazing!
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
I have no complaints whatsoever of any kind (so far!) - everything has been excellent and very professional. 
Other points
Our dividend was 39.7%, I believe, which, by my calculation, writes off £75,375

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
