| I am a 27 year old Civil Servant living with my partner with over £32, 000 of debt. |
| My interaction with the company: |
| I had been thinking about IVA as an option for a while, and visited iva.com to look for some reputable IP firms. After speaking to a couple of firms I logged onto Cleardebts site and was able to speak online to Mike Morgan who took great pains to put me at my ease. He ran through the options with me and I requested that he send me a pack. |

| I couldnt fault them in any way at all. |
| One thing they did - which really impressed me: |
| The online chat facility first and foremost, I made up my mind without any hint of a hard sell, and was also able to log onto my own application at any time interactively. These are fantastic facilities. |
| One thing they did - which I felt could be improved: |
| Nothing at all. |
| Other points |
| I never had debt previously, save for one loan, but a 3 month period of unemployment knocked me sideways. I fell into the trap of using credit cards to tide myself over, it was the worst financial mistake I have ever made. My dividend is estimated at 22p, and I will potentially write off over £20,000 of debt. |
