| My circumstances: |
| treasury manager + wife with £210K of debt only equity being pension, property had no or little equity. |
| My interaction with the company: |
| Recommended through debt counsellor. Tried to help do a re mortgage solution with more equity. When this failed I suggested my lump sum pension. This was accepted by the creditors as a one off payment in full and final settlement. <br> |

| They were very helpful, always on call for any little query I had. They were always able to answer in a professional manner. Whilst they are working independently for me and the creditors I always had the feeling that my interests were at the forefront. |

| I think the IVA proposal could have been slightly quicker<br> in being produced hence the 8 rating above. |
