| My circumstances: |
| Couple living in North, 90K debt - husband works I dont due to children. Relocated several times to better promotion prospects but husbands income didnt rise due to economic downturn - used credit to plug the gaps in income |

| We were referred to them and they took us through the whole process, answering all our questions along the way. We supplied all info needed, signed a proposal which they drafted and our IVAs were accepted 29th July 2010 |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| I cannot fault the company at all. Particular thankas to Sean Doran who took the time to answer all my questions and put up with my children screaming in the background! Never felt ashamed when talking to them and they whoever I spoke to was always calm and reassuring |
