| I am ateacher living in Norfolk. My wife and I had debts of over £130,000 and no property equity |
| My interaction with the company: |
| My case was passed on to them by Spectrum Debt management. I discussed the situation with Liz White (my contact at Bridgestones) and with her advice my wife and I decided on going for a IVA |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| I rated tehm 10/10 as I felt that they (in particular Liz White) were extreemly professional. If they said they would do something they did. They were extremely reassuring ecven when it was a possibility that the IVA may be rejected (as Black Horse were a 18% debt and apparently always reject) |
| One thing they did - which really impressed me: |
| Kept me informed and reassured me throughout the experience. Only used one contact and by doing so enabled a rapport to be built up and make it feel extremely personal. Also chasing up the creditors to vote for the IVA |

| Never to get into debt The IVA didvidend is min 75p and approx £30.000 written off |
