My circumstances:
I am an Operations Manager who before consulting for an IVA proposal accumalated 45k of unsecured debt. Melanie Giles and team helped me through the process with professionalism and ease. I couldn tof done it without them and would recommend their services to anyone going through what i did.
My interaction with the company:
i initially filled in the online form and was promptly called back by tina one of the advisors who went through my application, this was then followed up with papaerwork and futher calls from the team and melanie herself to make sure the process ran smoothly and the best option was picked.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I cant fault Melanie Giles and her team. I was sceptical about going for this option and I wish I had consulted Melanie and her team alot earlier than i did.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Personal attention. It was like bringing your problem to a known and trusted friend.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
Nothing. Spotless interaction and professionalism.  
Other points
the whole process has made me aware of the exact problem I had and how to manage money better.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
