| Me and my partner were earning less than we had going out and were struggling to keep up payments with household bills. We were missing creditor payments and robbing peter to pay paul. |

| We spoke to them and they were very helpful and the advice they gave was really good. We felt very at ease with them and the service was brilliant. |

| We never had a compaint and they were straight talking, which is rare in this industry, and they made sure we understood everything. They were patient with us both and were happy to go through things to make sure we understood. |
