My circumstances:
I am a teacher living in Yorkshire I had a debt of 46k with no equity
My interaction with the company:
I rang to get initial advice and was talked through all my options and given a detailed understanding of the processes involved with the IVA. At every point along the way I was reassured by the time and effort that was given to ensure I had a step by step understanding of the process. I got all the relevant information in a friendly and supportive manner.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I can’t speak highly enough of this company and the individuals that work there. The knowledge base throughout the firm is extremely high regardless of whether you are speaking directly to an insolvency practitioner or a member of the support team. This meant all the queries and questions I had were answered immediately and I had full confidence in the response.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
