My circumstances:
We are a family of four and over the years accumulated debts to just over 24k. They accumulated by trying to pay off debts by borrowing more money to pay them off. Big mistake trying to do this as it didnt work out and the debts kept rising. We struggled constantly to try and pay bills we just didnt have the money for. We had to do something about it and after trying different ways to try and get out of debt, and as we didnt want to go bankrupt we opted for a IVA. Best thing we have done and have not regretted doing it. We have our lives back on track now and dont have any hassle from creditors. It is a relief having just one affordable payment going out each month. If you are having trouble with debts I would recommend trying for a IVA, this is the first time for a while we havent had to rely on loans, credit cards or family to help us financially.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
