| My circumstances: |
| I am a PA and my husband is a Builder and we are living in Staffordshire. My husband and I had debt of £30k and a property with no equity. Due to the housing market my husband was out of work for some time and received no benefits or help from the state due to having no children! The IVA saved us and now my husband has found work. |
| My interaction with the company: |
| I telephoned them when I was at the end of my tether. They discussed all options over the telephoned and posted the forms to me. I completed the same and they arranged for collection of them by a Courier service. They were extremely helpful and seemed to understand and empathies with our situation. The creditors meeting went well without attendance and the IVA was accepted. |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| I rated them 10 out of 10 as they were 100% efficeint, helpful and most of all kind. It is highly embarrassing having to telephoned an IVA company for help but they put you at ease. |
