My circumstances:
I work full time as a caretaker and we struggled to meet our monthly payments for our debts. At first we contacted them and opted for the debt management plan at the time. However, the plan was reviewed and we then decided to transfer to the IVA.
My interaction with the company:
The communication levels on the IVA side were very good. They were very helpful and if needed, always got back to us if we had left a message.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
We are very happy. The service we received and the advice that was given to us, we felt as though we were looked after and it really opened my eyes to the fact that there are people out there that will genuinely help.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
They acted so well and what they said would happen did.

Other points
I had nearly £27000 of debt and I think my final dividend was around 20p. I will certainly not be taking out any more credit cards

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
